Education is my aim. I want to give people the simple knowledge they need to be able to move forward. I promote a long term, happy and active lifestyle, as opposed to a short term dieting fix. 

I achieved my Level 3 Personal Training qualification whilst achieving a 2:1 in a Sports Performance degree at the University of Bath. These qualifications along with my professional playing and coaching career in women's cricket, provides an all round support package for my clients. 

I have enjoyed actively developing girls cricket at Normandy CC with group and individual coaching sessions. This role has involved developing grass roots players through to county representative players. Coaching a wide variety of ages and abilities, my success as a coach is dependant on my adaptability to each and every athlete. 

In recent years I have worked within multiple secondary schools coaching both boys and girls cricket. Coaching young athletes challenges you daily to be innovative and exciting. Using my experience of coaching in schools, I apply this to every one of my clients. 

As you can now appreciate, my knowledge and advice as a Personal Trainer does not steam from simply one qualifciation. It is years of personal experiences, professional endevours and learning from mistakes. 

My mission now gives me the opportunity to pass on all my acquired knowledge to you.
