I am not your average Personal Trainer. I'm not about six packs and thigh gaps.
I care more about the relationship between your mind and body. I care about building your confidence to love standing in front of the mirror, to give you control over what you are eating. I strive to give people like you the information you need to be able to move forward and achieve your fitness and wellness goals. I specialise in working with women who feel stuck. Stuck with who to trust, what to believe and ultimately want a change in lifestyle, not another 7 day detox!
A bit about me:
I am trained as a level 2 Fitness Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a Degree in Sports Performance.
I am also knowledgeable in mental health and well-being in fitness and nutrition journeys due to my varied experience.
Alongside working full time in the health and fitness industry, I am also a semi-professional cricketer. Playing cricket for over 10 years, I have represented county, regional and national squads.
I am based at 24 Fitness Centre in Aldershot. You don't need to be a member to train with me. I provide 1:1 personal training sessions, weekly boot camp fitness sessions, gym support and guidance, recipe packs, goal setting and check-ins.
